Intercambios collaboration partners

Intercambios focuses on building a platform for low-threshold knowledge exchange between Cape Verde and the Netherlands. Through our platform, we bring together demand for internships, graduate projects, volunteer work and exchanges for professionals with the supply.

In this phase, we as an organization are mainly steering on the demand we receive from Cape Verde. This means that companies and organizations in Cape Verde post exchange projects via our platform and interested parties in the Netherlands can respond. The next step is the facilitation of the exchange, where supply and demand can originate both in Cape Verde and in the Netherlands. Intercambios guides in this as matchmaker.
